End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Life Maid Easier QuickBooks Online integration (the "Application"). The Application is operated by Life Maid Easier ("we", "us") for our own internal accounting and reporting purposes against our own QuickBooks Online company.

1. License grant

We grant authorized Life Maid Easier personnel a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely to connect and operate the Life Maid Easier QuickBooks Online company for internal accounting, reporting, and profitability analysis.

2. Permitted use

The Application is for internal business use only. It is not sold, licensed, or made available to any third party, and it is not a multi-tenant or public-facing service. You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates Intuit's Developer Terms.

3. QuickBooks Online data

The Application accesses QuickBooks Online accounting data through Intuit's official APIs under the access you authorize. It uses that data only to produce internal reports and metrics. Handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and reports it produces are for internal informational use and are not a substitute for professional accounting advice.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you disconnect the Application or revoke its access in QuickBooks Online. We may suspend or terminate the Application at any time. See the disconnect page for how to revoke access.
